the guest to go further with us for a
final booking. Our goal is to make the traveler connected with
the most competitive travel agency which will have to be dully registered
to a trust fund in order to protect the traveler's investment between the moment of
the payment and the time for the traveler to get the
travel documents. We also make everything possible for choosing agencies
that the reputation and ethics are demonstrated.
The best rate is guaranteed
Our best-rate-guarantee applies only to strictly similar travel dates
and time of request, airlines and flights, classes and categories,
package conditions, wholesalers, terms and conditions than potentially
offered by competitors registered to trust funds. If we fail to provide
you with the best rates, we free you
from your booking. However no
cancellation is admitted after your final authorization for booking completion and payment, whatever you pay by credit card,
Swiss Postfinance or wire bank transfer, excepted if and when your
ordered travel package
includes insurance for date changes and/or cancellation, as per the terms
and conditions of the airline company(-ies), travel agency, third parts and/or alternate
determined conditions.
Working fees You
accept to pay the working fees indicated onto the form that you have felt,
including if you do not proceed with us for your final reservation. The
working fees is a very common practice applied today by most of the
travel brokers and agents worldwide. This practice simply allow us to
avoid a too high number of unorthodox requests. Limitation

TRAVELER / VOYAGES A L'EMPORTER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IN NO WAY FOR ANY
INCONVENIENCE ENCOUNTERED IN AIRPORTS, AND/OR DURING A TRANSFER FROM/TO
HOTELS AND/OR DURING A STAY OR A CRUISE OR FOR THE QUALITY/CATEGORY OF
A CAR OR A HOTEL ROOM, OR FOR ANY ORDERED SERVICE AND/OR OPTION (FOR EXAMPLE
BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPA, CHILD KEEPER SERVICES, ETC) AND/OR FOR ANY
MISUNDERSTANDING AND/OR INCONVENIENCE ENCOUNTERED BETWEEN YOU AND THE
AIRLINE COMPANY(-IES), AND/OR THE TRAVEL AGENCY AND/OR THE WHOLESALER
PERSON OR THIRD PART IN CHARGE OF YOUR RESERVATION. YOU FULLY UNDERSTAND
THAT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF YOUR TRAVEL AND STAY WILL BE COMMUNICATED TO
YOU BY THE CONCERNED AIRLINE COMPANY(-IES) AND/OR THE TRAVEL AGENCY AND/OR THE
WHOLESALER PERSON AND/OR THE THIRD PART IN CHARGE OF YOUR RESERVATION AND
ANY CONCERN WILL HAVE TO BE MANAGED
EXCLUSIVELY BETWEEN YOU AND THE GIVEN ISSUING COMPANY(-IES). YOU WAIVE AND RELEASE
AND PROMISE NEVER TO ASSERT ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AGAINST A DEAL 4 TRAVELER
/ VOYAGES A L'EMPORTER, FOR ANY REASON. HOWEVER YOU ARE ALWAYS WELCOME
TO SHARE WITH US YOUR COMMENTS ABOUT CONCERNS IN RELATION WITH YOUR
TRAVEL. THIS ALLOWS US TO BETTER CHOOSE THE TRAVEL PROVIDERS.
